Returns
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can give you a refund, but you must provide proof of use within 2 weeks.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is issued.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, we will offer you a replacement.
Shipping
You will have to pay your own shipping charges for the return of your item (unless it has been damaged and proof is provided). Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 pounds, you should consider using a shipment tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
