What country do you deliver to?

We deliver to United-States, Europe and Canada.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard shipping times (excluding weekends and holidays)

United-States: 7 - 10 days

Europe: 3 - 14 days

Canada: 9 - 21 days

Other countries: 14 - 30 days

Processing times

The processing of orders usually takes between 24 and 48 hours after the order is placed before shipment.  We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped, you should receive an email notification providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. Please wait at least 3 days if it still doesn't work contact us and we will find a solution!

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times indicated above. Most of these delays are due to international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
